Jonathan Skornia | General Manager | jonathans@tntfab.com
Prior to taking the reins at TNT, Jonathan was a Project Manager at ACME Constructors, becoming the Manager of Operations. He joined ACME Constructors in 2013. Previously, Jonathan was a project manager for a large commercial concrete contractor in St. Louis. In these previous roles, Jonathan was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on multiple large-scale construction projects. Jonathan also worked for Jacob’s Engineering as a Project Engineer performing contract work for NASA at the Redstone Arsenal Military base located in Huntsville, AL.
Audrea LaGesse | Office Manager | audreal@tntfab.com
Audrea has been with TNT since 2016 as the Office Manager. She has more than 10 years of customer service and administrative experience. Audrea is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, human resources, and more. Her ability to adapt to ever-changing expectations makes her incredibly valuable to the team. She handles software transitions and the implementations of new processes and procedures with grace.

Byron has more than 20 years in the Construction industry working as a union carpenter/millwright. He then moved up to Industrial Millwright Foreman/Superintendent and now Steel Fabrication Manager at TNT. Byron's responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating production in the shop.
Brendan Pingel | Detailer/Shop Coordinator | brendan.pingel@tntfab.com
Brendan joined the team in January of 2019 after graduating from Mineral Area College with a degree in Design Drafting. His certification in Auto-Cad and working knowledge of SolidWorks provide the foundation for him to interpret the data and create the working detailed documents that allow production to begin. Brendan has become the sounding board for questions and the trusted resource for clarifications for the shop.
Zac Browers | Drawing Coordinator/Project Manager | zacb@tntfab.com
Zac started with the previous owner in early 2015 in the fabrication shop before moving to the machine shop. This experience gave him a personal appreciation and understanding of processes. In his current role, Zac learned "Fab Suite," which led him to earn a certification in TEKLA. All drawings go through him as part of the Fabrication Review Process. Additionally, Zac writes all the paint, shipping, and load tickets for finished goods to move around or out of the plant.
John Zettler | Quality Control Administrator | johnz@tntfab.com
John has more than 30 years of fabrication experience, starting out as a welder and machinist. He moved into field measuring, design, and detailing industrial structural steel and automated equipment. John is responsible for TNT's quality control systems, shop optimization, and workplace health/safety. Additionally, John is involved in mentoring and training new employees.

Drew started working at TNT in September of 2022 after gradating from University of Missouri with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He has completed internships with ADB Companies and Millipore Sigma. Drew currently estimates and project manages the steel fabrication on industrial and commercial projects for TNT.

Jacob graduated from the University of Missouri S&T in 2022 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined TNT shortly after graduation. He is a project manager and estimator for industrial and commercial projects. From collaborating with clients and the in-house team, to calculating costs, Jacob is a resourceful and integral part of the fabrication process.

Ryan started his career nearly 30 years ago as an Ironworker Apprentice with Local 396. He joined Acme Constructors' team in 2010 as a field superintendent and in 2017 moved into the office as a structural steel estimator. Ryan joined the TNT team in 2020 as our fabrication estimator. When he isn't estimating, Ryan enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Heather, and their 4 kids.

Ryan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales and management. He has excelled in the Material Handling, PT Distribution, and manufacturing industries while working with some of the largest names in the business. Ryan is a true industrial and mechanical solutions provider and has a wealth of knowledge in conveyors, gearing, bearings, and customer service. Joe Lesicko | Sales Account Manager | joel@tntfab.com
Joe is our newest sales team member. He spent 5 years in route sales with a restaurant distribution company. Joe also has 18 years of mechanical experience on mobile & stationary equipment in the military. He is currently in the Army Reserves with Active time in the past, including a 4 year stay in Hawaii and 15 months in Iraq. When he takes a break from helping customers, he enjoys working on anything with wheels and a motor.

Rich started in the industry in his early 20's working in a warehouse assembling tensioners and idlers before moving to inside sales. After 35 years in the industry, he joined the sales team at TNT. He is an avid sports fan, especially the Kansas City Chiefs!

Richard is a knowledgeable salesman with more than 10 years of experience. Before taking a position with TNT, he worked in our ACME Constructors office for a year and a half. His extensive experience and background in sales make him a perfect fit for TNT. He has great people skills and a strong drive to serve all of our customers’ needs to ensure a positive experience. Working alongside Ryan Shade, Richard learns something new every day to become a true industrial and mechanical solutions provider.

James has nearly 40 years of experience in the selling and purchasing or industrial type items. Before joining the sales team at TNT in 2022, he was a purchasing manager in California. James loves helping customers grow in productivity and the challenge that each day brings. He still has customers reach out to him from other states for assistance and that motivates him to do better every day.

Dalton joined the TNT sales team in 2021 and comes with several year of experience and knowledge from his previous career as a welder. He enjoys learning new mechanical applications and systems but most of all, he enjoys helping his customers and knowing that he is making a contribution. In his spare time, Dalton enjoys hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes, and working with his hands welding, fabricating and building things.
